Aloha United Way's Women United affinity group held it's 3rd annual fundraiser Chocolate, Champagne and Couture for a Cause presented by The Honolulu Star-Advertiser. Monies raised at this event will support women's initiatives through our three impact areas: Education, Poverty Prevention and Safey Net. This event has grown phenomenally over the past 3 years, selling out and raising over $50,000 to support our community.
Event Activities Included:
• Fashion show by Nordstrom
• Massages by The Queen's Health Systems
• Yelp photo booth
• Henna tattoos
• Treatments from The Skin Institute Internationale.
This year Women United gave $10,000 each to YWCA Oahu and Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies to help service women and family in our community. Thank you to all attendees and sponsors for supporting Women United.
