Funding
Based on our experience and success with an earlier rent assistance program, we estimate that $5 million would help prevent approximately 5,000 individuals and families from slipping into homelessness due to the economic impacts from COVID-19. With the uncertainties surrounding this pandemic, the financial need to prevent an increase in homelessness is impossible to determine at this time. Your support will make an immediate difference.
The program is funded as part of the Hawaii COVID19 Response & Recovery Fund in collaboration with community partners and foundations.

Together we will rise up to meet the critical human services for our most vulnerable in Hawaii in this time of crisis.
